RSS-BJP Nationalism-Hindutva is fallacy and Secularism is truth

J Krishnamurthy used to say, “Nationalism and religion is one type of tribalism”. He argued that it creates sensation among people and that is why it works to some extent but after that it only creates conflict among people.

BJP-RSS always looking for political and social space never got desired recognition among political parties and society due to its narrow and false ideology.  It was always considered ‘untouchable’. This author was senior worker in RSS and he was second generation of RSS follower and always felt that RSS was never accepted as mainstream organization. RSS-BJP had always identity crisis. Today when BJP-RSS are boasting as most powerful political and social organization while it’s associate can’t claim publicly their alliance with its ideology

Ram Mandir movement and its repercussion

RSS was never accepted in Nagpur itself from where it was originated but there were many social and political organizations at that time which had more presence in Maharashtra and other part of India, and done more for country and society

RSS ‘unnatural’ ideology of Hindutva and Nationalism was never accepted by mainstream society and it was always considered fringe outfit

After failing to create impact in society, VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) was started for sole purpose of getting rid of problems in Hindu society like untouchability through various Hindu Gurus and Muthas

There also ‘unnatural’ ideology of RSS-VHP was not accepted by people. Then Ram Mandir movement came into existence in mid 80s. RSS used its full power to create false propaganda how Hindu temples were demolished during Mogul rules and they started a nationwide movement. This only was not sufficient to create agitation in Hindu society so they concocted other issues like forcible conversion of Hindus to Islam and atrocities on Hindus 

Temple, Love Jihad and persecutions of Hindus which are local issues and fought by locals but taken up by top leadership RSS and BJP was unprecedented policy adopted. Sensationalism is tool always adopted by smaller party became tool of party who became power at national level.

But this came at what price? RSS and BJP since its inception are creating conflict and fear among Hindus to get their political goal. And as result Hindus are becoming weaker and non-progressive.

RSS has done only wrong for so called Hindu society, Hindu identity was always through culture, language etc. After Ram Mandir movement which culminated to demolition of Babari Mosque has witnessed never ending terrorism and big wide between Hindu and Muslim. India was always known for Ganaga Jamuni culture for its co-existence of Hindu Muslim together. There is history many Muslim saints who propagated Bhakti movement based on Sanatan Dharma philosophy.

Not only India, Hindu became victim of hatred created by RSS in neighbouring countries Pakistan and Bangladesh and in Kashmir. Many Hindus leaving peacefully in   Sindh of Pakistna had to leave their country in late 80 and early 90s after Babri Mosque demolition.

RSS couldn’t built a Ram temple which is not possible in civilized and democracy but in pursuit of it hundreds of temples were demolished and many Hindus were killed.

RSS started education system in line with missionaries’ school and Madarsa’s but have not provided free education to poor Hindus as other religious schools are providing to their people

It is irony that top leadership of RSS planned to demolish Babari Mosque for their petty goal wile  across the world even in Musilm countries where Hindus are in minority are being helped to build grand Hindu temples

 Gandhi and Congress became villain

Gandhi and Congress were always at front of RSS false propaganda. Recently one letter written by Gandhi to a bishop was auctioned and this letter clearly discloses how much Gandhi was Hindu and loved this religion. Ram Naama and other book Gandhi wrote tell about his love for Hinduism.

Gandhi believed in Truth and Love and the same compassion were spread by Buddha and we know how much Buddhism has influenced entire world. All great leaders like Krishnamurthy, Buddha and many others only believed in love for upliftment of people

Humanity not religion is only way for creating a strong and developed nation not fear which RSS-BJP is using successfully. RSS spread the theory of “Hidutva is Nationalism” after partition. But after Bnagalesh freedom from Pakistan, we know that religion can’t be basis for creation of Nation. Pakistan also facing further cessation by other community who identifies themselves not on basis of religion but on culture

RSS-BJP was successful in creating false beliefs that Congress and Gandhi were anti Hindu and anti national. Nathuram Godse book “Why I killed Gandhi” is bible for RSS and there is no RSS worker who has not read this book. It is very serious concern that Gandhi, Nehru and other great secular leaders most abused person in Indian history

Contribution of RSS to India

Fearless and secularism mind are key for development of strong society. Love and compassion can only bring prosperity and self reliance to nation. RSS claim that India is Vishwa Guru but fact is that India is dependent on other countries for its technology, education system, health, transportation and everything. President of India Pranab Mukherjee once told in some University convocation that Indian higher education has become worse than Bangladesh and African countries. No other country and its leadership has adopted religion and nationalism its agenda but humanity

Congress party and other political party way forward

RSS-BJP has successfully created belief in mainstream population that Congress and other political parties were anti national and ant people. For that these parties are also responsible as they didn’t listen to their people and it created impression that these parties were arrogant. Democracy only works on the basis love for its people. Abraham Lincoln said “Government of the people, by the people, for the people..”

Dictionary definition of leader “Leader is one who only thinks about it people not about himself”

Congress and other party leader are natural leader as they win on popular vote. BJP leaders were never natural leaders as they never created bond with people out of compassion and love. They always resorted on fear and hatred to gain people support

RSS-BJP bubble will burst sooner than later moment our mainstream and natural leadership reaffirms love and compassion which will definitely strengthen Hindu society as well rest of Indian and build a new India, peaceful, self reliant, respected worldwide, strong and developed.

As J Krishnamurthy used to say “Let us think together as we our only human not Hindu, Muslim or Christian”

We Indian should circle back and re-establish our conviction in Gandhi who propagated Love and Truth. Love and Truth is real Hindutva and Nationalism not hatred and falsehood.

Understanding Natural Limit of Metrics

What is Metrics?

Metrics has become very ubiquitous term in any organization. We can see different type of metrics at different levels. There are metrics defined at top level as well as bottom level i.e. project level in organization.  For example productivity per capita, earnings per share, defect density, schedule variances etc are metrics defined for different processes or system. So question is what really metrics is? Is it a simple report or something else?

Every organization defines certain processes to run its day to day activities. Like we have some process defined for our project. For example if there is any project for developing some application then Project Manager will use some processes like Iterative process, Scrum process etc. To measure and analyze the process some metrics are created. In other words metrics is measurement of certain process. New Metrics can be defined for the existing process or system.

Rational Unified Process ® (RUP) is process defined for software development project. Main feature of this process is that development and testing should go in parallel. Waterfall model is another process defined for software development which follows the different stages. As said earlier Metrics is unit of measure of process, therefore one metrics can be defined to measure these processes. Say number of defects per use case. By seeing the metrics data, both the processes can be compared. In this case we can see number of defects per use is less in case RUP process than Waterfall model or vice versa. Similarly car manufacturer can define metrics to measure the quality of car like life of engine and by seeing metrics data he can track the quality of product.

Note:This data shows significant variation which may be due to special cause. Otherwise metrics shows that process is behaving consistently.

Other use of Metrics is to statistically control the process and predict the performance of process. There are many statistical tools which can be used to analyze the metrics data e.g. control chart, histogram, Pareto chart etc. Control chart is used to control the process statistically and predict the performance of process which helps in future planning. Following is given control chart for defect density metrics collected for a given process.

By seeing this chart we can say that process is statistically controlled as no data is beyond UCL and LCL except one data point. It means that this deviation is due to special cause and process needs to be corrected to fix this deviation. And since metrics data is statistically related so we can predict that if we follow the same process then on average number of defect per use case would be around 10 which is mean of defects found in different use cases.

Conclusion: Metrics is measurement of process defined for any task. Metrics data is used to control the process statistically. Metrics helps in predicting the process. 

How principle of Gandhi Ji can solve problems of my country?

Truth, non-violence and Love were Gandhi Ji’s main tool which he practiced and preached till last moment of his life. Let us try to understand concept of Truth proposed by him.

Gandhi Ji studied whole India after coming from India and found that to fight with British we should be fearless. Fearlessness will come in a person if person is full of truth. And we see how this produced great leaders and they fought for cause our country. In India everyone is suffering from fear e.g. fear of bad health, fear of losing, fear of untoward incident like accident, theft, being killed etc. This fear creates byproduct like corruption. Let us think how fear and corruption is related. Fear which we saw earlier is fear due uncertain future. To secure this uncertainty everyone is striving to earn more and more money in less time. Job holders want to earn more money in less time by doing all sort of bad means like taking bribe and business wants high return. Country which are developed has more certain future so less corruption because people have in their system. In those countries businesses are running with as low return as 5%. Less fear or fearlessness is equivalent to certainty and believe in system / governance and thus less corruption.

Truth is to understand oneself and this is equivalent to fearlessness and certainty and so no corruption.

Let us practice and preach Gandhi Ji concept of truth and certainly it will solve the most serious problem of corruption.
